Only after 10 months low usage the item had come apart again and looks tatty

Trying to figure out why my review keeps being deleted/hidden on website. My previous review is missing, disappointed that it has either been taken down or not posted.
I have been trying to contact customer service over my sun hood which they sent one that was not compatible with my year of stroller (2022). The sun hood they sent was 2018, which apparently has different Velcro than the newer models so it doesn’t stick to the 2022 Velcro. There is an adapter kit (which is not in stock in the warehouse either) which is never mentioned on the website. I have been passed between multiple reps trying to get an answer as to what is happening with my order, is it being replaced? Are adapters being sent? I’m at a loss of what to do now as my order was made in July and it’s nearing end of August. Severely disappointed by the service received and starting to give up hope that it will be fixed.
